Looking her garage door opener over, we couldn’t find any mechanical jams, and there wasn’t anything visibly wrong with the controls. The lights on the opener were all on, it just wasn’t responding to anything. We tried reprogramming it from the default settings, but still couldn’t get it to react. Finally, we removed the motherboard and replaced it, and rebooted the system again. It worked just fine now, after reprogramming and reconnection with the controls.
